KMP solutions are a property management company operating in London and the south-east. Their award winning service covers commercial, residential and block management.
The Website
KMP is a little different from companies we normally work with. Instead of needing to display properties and entice new sellers / landlords, we had to represent the companies’ various different services across property management. Although this was a little different, we still achieved a great result for the client.
We started by reinforcing the clients branding with an emphasis on the navy blue but also adding in a few touches of green and orange, emulating their logo.
As the site is predominantly text on most pages, the site required something to give it a little more life. Instead of opting for bland stock imagery or generic photos, we created some custom images with a modern feel to represent each aspect of their service.
As part of making a user’s experience simple, we also built in a method of making a payment and directly integrated their FixFlo account. These simple forms allow users to make a payment as well as report any maintenance issues straight from the sites home screen. This speeds everything up for both the user and for KMP.
