The Letting Training Centre (LTC) was founded in 1996 with the clear vision of educating letting agents in their responsibilities of compliance and due diligence as well as helping with keeping up with industry best practices.

Over 20,000 letting agents, landlords and property managers and been trained by LTC to date.

In addition to the training, they offer a wide range of services including a legal helpline, compliance audits and industry related publications to assist letting agency businesses.

The Website

This WordPress-based website is quite unique compared to many of our other projects. In addition to the standard content pages this site has extra functionality to help LTC provide the easiest experience possible for their users.

The main focus of the site is to enable letting agents to see what courses are coming up, when and where they are and to book places. To make finding the right course easier, the user can browse in three ways: by course name, by location or by date.

As part of the booking system, we integrated an online payment system so there is a seamless order process enabling old and new users to place orders.

In addition to being able to book your place on a course, there is also a “Stationery” section where various pre-prepared legal documents and agreements can be purchased and once paid for, downloaded direct from the Website.

There are a number of videos incorporated into the content pages which help enrich the use experience and get a feel for who LTC are and of course, everything is mobile-friendly so it looks great across all sorts of devices.
