The Client

O’Sullivan Property Consultants are a boutique agency based in Central London and specialise in the Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Mayfair, Marylebone, Notting Hill & St Johns Wood areas.

The number one priority for the O’Sullivan team is to make the buying process as easy as possible for their clients. A combination of their years of customer service experience combined with an exceptional local knowledge helps them stand out as a quality and hassle free agency.

The Website

The O’Sullivan Property Consultants Website follows many similar trends of the modern websites we produce (custom design, large imagery, clear calls-to-action, responsive etc.) however, we wanted to add something a little more elegant to the design to reflect their boutique business.

When first landing on the homepage for O’Sullivan Property Consultants, the user is greeted with an animated logo. The style of the O’Sullivan logo lent itself very well to a classic calligraphy animation which not only draws attention but helps reinforce the bespoke feeling of the site.

The imagery used throughout the O’Sullivan site reflects the high-end market they work in, allowing the visitor to get an immediate feel for the business. This coupled with London-based imagery tells the story of the business before a user needs to read any of the site content.

Within the project, we added an extension to our existing Property Feed. The client's property management software is Jupix and this is fed through to the Website automatically every few hours however, the client required an extra “New Homes” feature which is powered by our own Property CMS so this enabled the client to have all their listings displayed with minimal fuss.

Our main objective with this site was to represent the business as a quality, high-end agency whilst making a user's experience as simple as possible and we have certainly achieved that.

If you’d like to see the site for yourself, you can find O’Sullivan Property Consultants here.
