The Client
Saba Properties is a family run boutique agency operating in the heart of London. This Marylebone based agent has been running for almost 20 years and continues to offer an outstanding and tailored service to all their clients.
Their previous Website was somewhat untouched for a few years and needed a refresh with a view to attracting a much more targeted audience.
The Project
Saba Properties had a very clear idea of what they wanted their website to represent about them. They worked with us to establish guidelines of what sort of design choices would be made and it was up to us to put these into place. After a few conversations, we quickly got everything into place and the final design both worked for the Saba team and for general users.
The Website is based on our core platform with a lot of additional work going into the design of the secondary pages to ensure they were all on-point. Saba use our CMS to administer their property listings too so everything is centralised in the one place hopefully, making their lives somewhat easier in the process.
As Saba properties are not your traditional agent, we’ve had to make a few changes. They currently use our standard CMS to upload property listings and details, however, we’re continuing to make changes and adapt our system to cater to their more unique services.
Imagery was crucially important so rather than the traditional stock photos, the client opted to hire a professional photographer to tour specific sites in London. The end result was a fantastic array of custom photos and we were spoilt for choice when it came to selecting which images to place on each page.
This project presented us some unique challenges that have only served to strengthen the services we provide. We’re looking forward to a continued relationship with the team at Saba and watching them take more advantage of the “digital world”.
Shortly after launch, we were informed that Saba had received their first online viewing request which was hugely pleasing after such a short timeframe.
